Data Analyst & Developer
A LONG TIME AGO
IN A GALAXY CALLED OZON...
A data analyst emerged from the depths of PostgreSQL and Vertica — building dashboards that made people actually understand their data.
After 2.5 years accelerating pipelines by 40% and tracking customer experience across one of Russia's largest fintech platforms...
...he crossed the galaxy to Toronto — enrolling at Georgian College to master the full stack.
Armed with Python, Airflow, ClickHouse, and a relentless drive to ship — he built Statify: a live Spotify analytics platform with a web dashboard, native iOS app, and an Airflow pipeline firing every 3 minutes.
He placed 2nd at AutoHack 2025 hosted by Honda Canada. He presented at RISE. He scored 95% GPA and made the Dean's List twice.
CELPIP average: 10. TCF Canada: C2 listening. The Force of data is strong with this one.
— PORTFOLIO —
Turning raw data into clear answers. 2+ years building production analytics at Ozon Fintech. Now at Georgian College — from pipeline to dashboard to native iOS app.
At 17, the question wasn't what do I want to build — it was why does this data look like that? That question didn't leave.
It became 2.5 years at Ozon Tech — one of Russia's largest fintech platforms — building production pipelines and dashboards that CX leadership used every morning. The kind of systems where something breaks at 3am and it actually matters. SQL queries at scale. Python tooling. Airflow DAGs optimised until automation delivered 40% faster.
Not prototype work. Not demo data. Production.
Now at Georgian College in Ontario — studying full-stack development while continuing to ship projects that actually deploy.
The approach is end-to-end by default: backend data pipeline → REST API → web dashboards → mobile and web interfaces. Airflow orchestrating jobs. SQL and Python handling the heavy lifting underneath. Every piece connected. Every service running in production.
Nothing is simulated here. The bar for "done" is deployed.
Four languages and counting. Russian is native. English is certified — CELPIP 10/12 average. French is real — TCF Canada C2 listening, C1 across the board. Haitian Creole is in progress.
This isn't a resume section. It's closer to a worldview. Every language is a different way people organise reality — different assumptions baked into the grammar, different things that go unsaid. That gap between languages is where the most interesting things live.
The plan: travel slowly, stay long enough for a place to feel ordinary, then move again.
Concrete Boys. JPEGMAFIA. Lil Yachty.
What these artists share isn't a sound — it's a posture. They built the infrastructure for their own creative logic, ignored the approval process, and made the thing anyway. The output is always a little strange. The craft behind it is always precise.
That's the creative philosophy that actually makes sense to me: unconventional inputs, rigorous execution, no waiting for someone to hand you the tools.
Your personal Spotify Wrapped — live, always-on, actually yours. Airflow every 3 min → ClickHouse + SQL Server → web dashboard + native iOS app + Superset admin. Presented at Georgian College RISE event.
Competed in a real-world engineering challenge hosted by Georgian College Research & Innovation and Honda Canada. Our team collected sensor data with C++, deployed PostgreSQL in Docker, built a predictive maintenance ML model with Python and scikit-learn, and visualised results on a web dashboard. Presented to industry judges and placed 2nd overall.
Presented Statify at the Georgian College RISE (Research, Innovation, Scholarship and Entrepreneurship) event. The project showcased a live data pipeline, web dashboard, native iOS app, and Superset admin dashboard. Supported by Georgian College Research & Innovation.
Open to data analytics roles, full-stack opportunities, and interesting side projects. Toronto area — on-site, hybrid, or remote.
